All eyes are now on the recently announced series of measures to address the housing crisis and the issue is expected to dominate federal budget.
While the new housing plan looks ambitious in it’s scope, doubts remain about it’s implementation and so far the plan raises many questions of how it will play out and it’s impact on home buyers and home sellers.
The plan includes numerous measures to 1) increase supply of new homes, 2) make it easier to buy and rent, 3) help with housing affordability.
